- 50g/3.5 tbsp unsalted margarine, softened and cooled
- 1 egg, at room temperature
- 1/2 glass flour (any white flour)
- 5 tbsp water
- Coating:
- 1 tbsp apricot jam
- 2 tsp water
Guidelines :
- Spot the yeast and 2 teaspoons of the sugar in an expansive bowl, at that point pour in milk. Leave for 5 minutes until it froths.
