Easy route PASTA SAUCE 
  • 1 tbsp additional virgin olive oil 
  • 2 garlic cloves , minced 
  • 24 oz/700g tomato passata (1 standard jug) 
  • 1 tsp Every onion and garlic powder 
  • 2 tsp dried Italian Blended Herbs 
  • 1/2 tsp dried bean stew chips , to taste (discretionary) 
  • 1 tsp sugar 
  • 1 tsp salt 
  • Dark pepper 
  • 2 tbsp water (if necessary) 
TO SERVE 
  • Parmesan cheddar , ground
