You'll Need:

  1. 2 tablespoons olive oil 
  2. 1 ¼ pounds stew meat 
  3. 1 container hacked onions 
  4. ½ container EACH: cut celery AND cut carrots (see notes) 
  5. 6 cloves garlic, minced 
  6. 6 glasses hamburger stock 
  7. 2 tablespoons white vinegar 
  8. 1 tablespoon EACH: granulated sugar AND soy sauce (see notes) 
  9. 1 teaspoon EACH: dried thyme, dried rosemary, garlic powder, AND onion powder 
  10. 1 inlet leaf 
  11. ½ huge cabbage, slashed into nibble estimated pieces 

How to Make:

  1. PREP: Warmth the oil in a substantial dutch broiler or stock pot over medium-high warmth. Sprinkle the hamburger with salt and pepper and dark colored in groups for approximately 2-3 minutes for each clump. Try not to pack the pot as the meat will steam as opposed to singe. Expel the sautéed hamburger to a plate. 
  2. COOK: Include the onions, and scape down the dark colored bits on the base of the skillet with a wooden spoon, Cook the onions for 4-6 minutes or until they begin to turn translucent....... full recipe here!
