1 tbsp vegetable oil 

5 cloves garlic - minced 

2 substantial shallots - minced 

2 pounds child bok choy - split or quartered 

2 tbsp soy sauce 

1 tsp sesame oil 

1 tsp pulverized red pepper - discretionary

How to Make:
