Ingredients: 
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil 
  • 1 ¼ pounds stew meat

  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar 
  • 1 tablespoon EACH: granulated sugar AND soy sauce (see notes) 
  • 1 teaspoon EACH: dried thyme, dried rosemary, garlic powder, AND onion powder 
  • 1 straight leaf 
  • ½ substantial cabbage, hacked into chomp estimated pieces 
Steps: 
  1. Warmth the oil in a vast dutch stove or stock pot over medium-high warmth. S
  2. prinkle the meat with salt and pepper and dark colored in bunches for around 2-3 minutes for each clump. Try not to pack the pot as the meat will steam instead of burn. Expel the cooked meat to a plate.
