Ingredients: 

CURRY RAMEN Glue: 
  • 1 tablespoon oil 
  • 1 shallot (or ½ a little onion) 
  • 3-4 tablespoons red curry glue (less for less warmth) 
  • ¼ container white miso glue 
  • 1 – 2 tablespoons sambal oelek (or more for more warmth) 
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic 
  • 1 tablespoon ginger glue (or ground) 
  • 2 tablespoons dark colored sugar 
  • 1 tablespoons toasted sesame oil 
  • 4-5 mugs low sodium vegetable or chicken soup 
  • 1 (15 ounce) would coconut be able to drain 
TOFU: 
  • 14 ounce additional firm tofu 
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch 
  • 1 tablespoon oil 
FOR THE Dishes: 
  • 8 ounces ramen noodles 
  • 1 ounce dry shiitake mushrooms 
  • 4 room temperature eggs* 
  • 4 child bok choy, split down the middle the long way 
  • cilantro, scallions, sesame seeds, sesame oil for serving 
Steps: 
  1. Warmth the oil in a huge pot over medium high warmth.  Include the shallot and sauté for 2-3 minutes or until they turn translucent. 
  2. Include the red curry glue, white miso glue, sambal oelek, garlic, ginger, dark colored sugar, sesame oil, and some water and enable the glue to cook for 4-5 minutes or until it begins to thicken. 
  3. Include the juices and coconut milk let it go to a delicate moving stew before turning the warmth to low and giving it a chance to stew for 20 minutes.
