Fixings : 
  • 1/2 lb natural chicken bosom, cut into lumps 
  • 1 red natural pepper, diced 
  • 1 yellow natural pepper, diced 
  • 1 orange natural pepper, diced 
  • 9 oz snow peas 
  • 1 tbsp ginger, minced 
  • 1/3 glass crude cashews 
  • 1 tsp pepper drops, discretionary 
  • 2 tbsp olive oil 
  • 2 glasses uncooked darker rice 
  • For the sauce 
  • 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar 
  • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup 
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce, gluten free 
  • 2 tbsp grungy sugar 
  • 1/4 container water 
  • 3 tsp arrowroot powder, or cornstarch 



Directions :
  1. Cook dark colored rice as indicated by bundle guidelines. I do mine in a rice producer which you can use for quinoa as well. Blend the sauce fixings in a little bowl and put aside.
