You’ll Need:

  1. 4 little chicken bosoms (or 2 expansive cut down the middle to 1/2″ thick) 
  2. 1 glass buttermilk 
  3. 1 glass breadcrumbs, Italian prepared 
  4. 1/2 glass Parmesan cheddar, ground 
  5. 1/2 tablespoon prepared salt 
  6. 2 eggs, beaten 

How to Make:

  1. Marinate chicken in some spread milk for something like 30 minutes (medium-term, or for a few hours surprisingly better!) 
  2. Preheat broiler to 450 degrees F. Line a preparing sheet or container with aluminum foil and splash with non-stick cooking shower. Put aside.
