You'll Need:

  1. 2 lb. boneless pork cleaves (around 4) 
  2. coarse salt 
  3. ground dark pepper 
  4. 2 tablespoon olive oil 
  5. 4 tablespoons unsalted spread, liquefied 
  6. 4 sprigs new thyme, or 1 tsp dried time 


How to Make:


  1. Season the two sides of the pork cleaves with salt and ground dark pepper. 
  2. Warmth a skillet on medium-high warmth. Include the oil,butter, and thyme.
