You’ll Need:

4 oz chicken bosoms 

1 teaspoon stew powder 

1 teaspoon Italian flavoring 

1/2 teaspoon dark pepper 

1/2 teaspoon salt 

For the filling: 

2 containers crisp spinach slashed or 10-ounce bundle solidified cleaved spinach, defrosted and pressed dry 

4 oz cream cheddar at room temp 

1/4 measure of Parmesan cheddar 

1/4 container mozzarella cheddar 

1 tbsp minced garlic 

1/4 tsp pepper 

salt to taste

How to Make:


  1. To Make filling:In a medium bowl, consolidate spinach, cream cheddar, parmesan cheddar, mozzarella cheddar, garlic, and salt + pepper until completely joined. 
  2. To Butterfly your chicken bosoms: lay them level on a tough surface. Spot one hand on top to hold it set up and afterward cut 3/4 of the path through the chicken bosom (be mindful so as not to cut entirely through). 
  3. To Stuff the Chicken: Season the outside of the chicken with stew powder, Italian flavoring, salt, and pepper. Spoon 1/4 of cheddar blend into the center of the cut chicken bosoms and overlap the chicken so the cream cheddar is fixed inside. Use toothpicks to verify chicken whenever wanted. 
  4. To Cook: Warmth a non-stick skillet on medium high and include 1 tablespoon olive oil. Cook the chicken, covering the container with a top, for around 9-10 minutes for each side or until the chicken is cooked through
